**Returns**
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Clothing with DTG (Direct‑to‑Garment) prints if the wrong size was chosen

PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change‑of‑mind or incorrect size selection.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Sale Items (if applicable)**
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
